ABOUT THE ROLE:
👍 As a Payment Services Officer you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals that help clients. You will start your career with the Federal Public Service by responding to client enquiries regarding one of the various benefits that Service Canada provides. You will gain access to a multi tiered, comprehensive and fully paid training program which upon completion will equip you an understanding of the legislation, policy and procedures required for the position. From there you may be further developed and trained for other opportunities within Service Canada to support the delivery of our services.

Work environment

Evolving Work Environment:

We have quickly adapted to the new reality and the majority of our employees are currently working remotely from their home. While working remotely is not yet widely solidified as a permanent solution, it is currently part of our work environment. Employees may expect to work on site, remotely or with combination of both, depending on the operational needs at the time of hiring and as we evolve.

Reliability Status security clearance - Credit Check

• The Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration (CPA) Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police will be suspended as of June 20, 2022.
