Education:
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience:
Experience in providing administrative support services.
Experience in providing client service delivery in person and by telephone and electronically.
Experience using Microsoft Office computer applications such as: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in records management such as filing, tracking and organizing in both paper and electronic versions.

Asset Qualifications:
Post-Secondary degree or diploma.
Experience in making travel arrangements.
Experience in preparing spreadsheets.
Experience working with an electronic records system or database.
Experience in providing reception support services.
Experience in providing administrative support services in Finance or Accounting.
Experience in providing administrative support services in Human Resources.
Experience in providing administrative support services in Information Management.
Experience in providing financial support services including processing accounts payables and account reconciliation.
Experience processing financial documents (such as: auditing travel claims, coding of invoices).
Experience providing recommendations and advice to management or clients.
Experience in Fleet Management.

Preference

Preference will be given to veterans first and then to Canadian citizens and permanent residents, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
