Experience:
Experience in providing administrative support services.
Experience in providing client service delivery in person and by telephone and electronically.
Experience using Microsoft Office computer applications such as: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience in records management such as filing, tracking and organizing in both paper and electronic versions.
Asset Qualifications:
Post-Secondary degree or diploma.
Experience in making travel arrangements.
Experience in preparing spreadsheets.
Experience working with an electronic records system or database.
Experience in providing reception support services.
Experience in providing administrative support services in Finance or Accounting.
Experience in providing administrative support services in Human Resources.

In assessing candidates, assessment boards may use a variety of tools and methods including, but not limited to, reviews of past performance and accomplishments, written tests, interviews, PSC tests and reference checks. In addition, all information obtained throughout the selection process, from the time of application to close of process, may be used to evaluate the candidates.
As part of this selection process you must provide proof of your education credentials. You will be advised to provide the documents later in the process. If you were educated outside of Canada, you must have your certificates and/or diplomas assessed against Canadian education standards. As per the new Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, federal public servants in the Core Public Administration and members of the RCMP must attest to their vaccination status.
