As a sectional assistant, your main tasks will be, but will not be limited to:
• Maintain a centralized record keeping system and an inventory of office supplies and equipment; arrange for the maintenance, repair and/or disposal of equipment for the section.
• Maintain section's financial records and verify cost-recovery invoices against services provided and prepare, record, and track journal vouchers.
• Process and monitor goods and services contracts.
• Advise section staff on how to operate software applications and equipment.
• Provide operational support to sectional and divisional programs, such as reception and delivery services.
