- Maintain the Director's daily agenda and correspondence and requests for information for a Director’s office;
- Act as secretariat for different committees and meetings including preparing records of decision;
- Provide administrative support to unit managers;
- Organize and coordinate various activities and contribute administrative expertise to adhoc projects;
- Provide administrative services and human resources assistance for staffing activities.

EDUCATION
- Successful completion of secondary school (high school) according to provincial or territorial standards or general equivalency diploma (G.E.D.)

- Successful completion of a certificate or diploma in office administration or equivalent field
- Experience providing financial management services, such as budget forecasting, analysis, and reporting
