Duties

STREAM 1:
CSC is looking for an IT technical advisor – Oracle E-Business developer with strong experience in Oracle development tools in order to design, develop, document, and test all required customizations, interfaces, conversions, and reports related to E-Business suite application. Asset qualifications include foundation in Oracle EBS technology, which may include Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Unix and OA Framework. Strong aptitude in Structured Query Language (SQL) and understanding the data structure of various EBS modules (i.e. AP, AOL, PO) are essential.

STREAM 2:
CSC is looking for an IT Technical Advisor – Data Modeler and an IT Team Leader with strong SQL, PL/SQL or T-SQL experience in order to design develop, document and test Extract Transform and Load (ETL) scripts, as well as data models in a data warehouse environment. This job also involves interacting with clients, working closely with team members with diverse expertise, reporting to the Manager. The IT Team Leader role would also involve leading team members.

EDUCATION:

Graduation from a two-year program of study from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed; or an acceptable combination of education, training, and/or experience relevant to the position.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:

COMMON EXPERIENCE FOR BOTH STREAMS:

Experience in developing IM/IT solutions to meet business needs.

Experience in the Design, development, and tests solutions, including data design to meet partner expectations.

Experience in the development of technical documents.

EXPERIENCE FOR STREAM 1:

Significant** experience in the design, development, maintenance and support of EBS applications.

Significant** experience with production support of Oracle E-Business suite

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
