Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) helps the Government of Canada serve Canadians. With a strong focus on quality customer service, we provide innovative common services such as real estate and building management, purchasing, banking, pay and pensions, and translation to other government departments, agencies, and boards. Reliability Status security clearance
All employees of the core public administration are required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and attest to their vaccination status unless accommodated based on a medical contraindication, religion, or another prohibited ground for discrimination as defined under the Canadian Human Rights Act.
VACCINATION:
On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced details of its plans to require vaccination across the federal public service.
As per the new Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, federal public servants in the Core Public Administration and members of the RCMP must attest to their vaccination status. The requirement for employees to be fully vaccinated applies whether they are teleworking, working remotely or working on-site. This is a condition of employment and it applies to indeterminate (permanent), determinate (term), casual, and student hiring. Should you reach the point in the selection process where it is necessary to verify terms and conditions of employment then the hiring manager or a human resources representative will contact you in order to complete an attestation.

INSTRUCTIONS - When responding to the screening questions, be sure you:

Clearly demonstrate how you meet each criteria (education and experience) by answering the online questions and provide concrete, specific examples of actions that speak directly to the experience sought.
Include when the example took place (month-year to month-year), background of each situation, what you did, how you did it, what your role was in the situation, and what was the outcome.
Focus on what you did. When referring to an experience achieved in the context of a team, set your role apart from the role(s) of others.
Résumés will be used as a secondary source to validate the qualifications described; comments such as "refer to my attached résumé" will not be accepted and may result in your application being rejected. Information provided on your described experience should be supported by your resume.
Lack of DETAILS may result in your application being rejected as the Assessment Board may have insufficient information to determine whether you meet the qualifications.

ASSESSMENT: Once your application has been retained – 2nd Step

A variety of assessment tools may be used in the assessment of candidates. Also note that certain competencies will be assessed globally. This means that candidates may proceed through all the assessment steps, including the reference check phase at which time a global score will then be assigned that will indicate an overall pass / fail.
Some assessments may be conducted remotely, including teleconference or videoconference assessments.
During the application or assessment process both cheating and plagiarism are considered forms of misconduct and are not permitted. Any person found cheating, including those who help others to cheat, may be subject to removal from the selection process.

You must be prepared to provide the original or a certified true copy of your educational credentials and proof of citizenship. For candidates with an international degree, Canadian equivalency will also be requested.
Persons are entitled to participate in the appointment process in the official language of their choice.
