Intent of the process

This is an anticipatory staffing process to establish a pool of candidates that will be used to staff identical or similar positions for temporary and/or permanent appointments in Moncton, NB.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION:
Graduation with a degree from a recognized university with acceptable specialization in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
- Experience using at least one modern Relational Database Management System (RDBMS).
- Experience in the design or maintenance of systems
- Experience with web applications

- Knowledge of tools, techniques, methodologies and practices associated with the design, development, testing and administration of applications.

ASSET EDUCATION:
Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Geographic Information Science, Engineering, or an associated discipline.

Degree equivalency

ASSET EXPERIENCE:
- 2 years or more experience in system development.
- 2 years or more experience in database development.
- 2 years or more experience in Web development.
- Development experience with SQL Server 2008 or newer.
- Development experience with SAML.
- Development experience with MS Office.
- Developing Web Services.
- Development experience Programming with the Microsoft.NET Framework.
- Development or Management experience of Cloud based platforms
- Development experience with Dynamics CRM

ASSET KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) design paradigm.

ORGANIZATIONAL NEED:
