Looking for CPAs to build a stronger Canada than ever!

The Strategic Innovation Fund (SIF) is expanding and looking for talented Charted Professional Accountants (CPA) professionals to fill several important Auditors roles within our organization.

The SIF is the Government of Canada’s largest innovation program. We work with the most advanced firms in Canada and from around the world to invest in technology development and infrastructure to create the jobs, firms and economy of the future. The government has entrusted us with a series of key missions: helping to combat climate change, deploying the biomanufacturing strategy to address current and future pandemics, supporting the sectors that drive Canada’s economy, assisting the sectors that face tariff barriers, and more.

We accomplish all of this in a dynamic environment where everyone is an important part of the team, attention and expectations are high, and success is achieved not only for the SIF but also for the country as a whole. If you want to help rebuild Canada’s post-COVID economy and shape Canada and the world of the future, the SIF is for you!

We work at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada (ISED) which is proud to be named one of Canada's Top 100 Employers 2022, National Capital Region’s Top Employer 2022, and Canada’s Best Diversity Employers 2022. These awards recognize Canadian employers with exceptional human resources programs, forward-thinking workplace policies, and exceptional workplace diversity and inclusiveness programs.

ISED’s goal is to transition to a hybrid work environment where we can enjoy flexibility, bring people together to create a healthy and inclusive workplace, and fulfill our operational requirements.

Our auditors are responsible for providing assurance on project costs claimed, revenues and royalties reported and managing projects with consultants. Our findings in the assurance engagement reports drive program integrity, continuous improvement and excellence in program management.
