INSTRUCTIONS : HOW TO APPLY TO THIS INVENTORY

---Essential Qualifications---

Applicants must clearly demonstrate in their responses to the screening questions how they meet the “essential qualifications” (education AND experience). "Abilities" and "personal suitability" will be assessed during later stages of the selection process, which may include exams, interviews, and / or reference checks.

For each criterion/question, please provide the following MANDATORY information:
1 - Name of the department or organization where the experience was acquired;
2 - Title of the position occupied and specific duration (including month and year, e.g., from 09/2018 to 03/2019) for which you exercised the functions;
3 - Specific details of tasks, projects or accomplishments demonstrating the experience was acquired.

---Asset Qualifications---

Because various IT teams will be using this inventory to staff their job vacancies, each of the 6 streams has their own unique list of “asset” qualifications that are specifically related to their IT domain. Depending on the position being staffed, these qualifications may be deemed as "nice to have". This doesn't mean that you must possess all qualifications, but these criteria may be a deciding factor in choosing the persons to be appointed. Therefore, it is important that you answer each of the questions within each stream where you have the experience.

*We are aware that there are many questions to answer during the application process. Please keep in mind that, in answering all the questions for which you meet the criteria, you will significantly increase your chances of being referred to hiring managers for further consideration.

**The questions relating to the asset qualifications are all in multiple-choice format. If you are selected from this inventory for further assessment, the selection committee will validate these qualifications with you later on during the process.

***You only need to apply once to be considered for many job opportunities. Once your application is in our inventory, even if your application is not selected for one job, it remains in the inventory and can be selected for other opportunities. As an applicant, you can go back and update your resume or respond to the pre-screening questions at any time.
