Northern Allowances:
- In addition to your base salary, you will receive an Isolated Post Allowance: approximately $3,912 – $40,866 per year (rates vary depending on work location).

Duties

•Oversees daily collection operations to ensure adherence to pre-determined targets;
•Directly supervises a group of interviewers (includes recruitment, training, scheduling, performance management and evaluation and approval of pay/leave/travel claims);
•Conducts data gathering activities using a variety of interviewing techniques, methodologies and technologies in support of statistical programs;
•Conducts field sampling operations including the verification of sample areas and the application of sampling ratios;
•Supports interviewers in handling difficult respondents or situations and participates in data collection as required to obtain respondent participation.

Intent of the process

A pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff similar positions of various tenures in various locations, based on operational needs.
