3 - Specific details of tasks, projects or accomplishments demonstrating the experience was acquired.
The answers provided to the screening questions will be the main source of information. Failure to provide complete answers may result in job applications being screened out from further consideration in this process. Should you indicate in your response "please refer to resume" we may be unable to assess you against the position’s essential qualifications which could result in a failure. Lack of examples and details will result in your application being rejected. Applicants will not be contacted to clarify incomplete or missing information.
"Asset qualifications" could be used either at the screening phase or to determine which candidate will be appointed. EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
EXP1: Experience in providing Human Resources (HR) services (such as human resources transactions, staffing requests, and supporting processes).
EXP2: Experience in providing financial services (such as paying invoices, budget reports, or financial processes).
EXP3: Experience using Microsoft Word to create and format documents.
EXP4: Experience using Microsoft Excel to create and maintain spreadsheets.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Post-secondary education with acceptable specialization in an administration or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
EXPERIENCES
AEXP1: Any years of experience exceeding the minimum required for EXP1 or EXP2 will be considered an asset.
AEXP2: Experience working with OUTLOOK to organize meetings, create folders, triage of an inbox, etc.
AEXP3: Experience working in the Federal Public Service.
AEXP4: Experience in the use and maintenance of information in physical and electronic file management systems such as GCDocs, RDIMS etc.
AEXP5: Experience in the use of a financial management system such as SAP.
AEXP6: Experience in procurement of goods and services.
