Immediate need : six (6) positions to be staffed in Gatineau on an indeterminate basis with various linguistic profiles. This process may be used to staff similar positions with various language requirements, various security requirements, various conditions of employment and/or various tenures within Global Affairs Canada.

Education:

An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency

Experience :

EX1 - Experience in researching and analyzing information material to make recommendations.

EX2 - Experience in developing written documentation such as reports, briefing notes, business cases, project initiation, or other information materials.

EX3 - Experience in coordinating tasks or projects involving multiple people or groups.

EX4 - Experience consulting and collaborating with partners or stakeholders.

EX5 - Experience in monitoring and reporting on projects’ progress or achievements.

Education (Asset):

AED1 - Graduation with a degree, diploma or certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution in a study related to Real Property (i.e. architecture, interior design, property management, real property valuation, consulting and/or sales, project management, etc.)

AED2 - Project Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or other related certification.

Degree equivalency

Experience (Assets):

AEX1 - Experience in financial and budget management, including forecasting and financial analysis.

AEX2 - Experience working in an international context or on international issues.

AEX3 - Experience in providing support to a stakeholder* in the oversight and coordination of project delivery.
*The term "stakeholder" refers to a colleague at a higher level than you, a supervisor, a manager or a director.

AEX4 - Experience in contributing to the planning, management or implementation of projects relating to real property.

AEX5 - Experience in providing client services related to real property and facilities management.

AEX6 - Experience in engaging with project stakeholders and seek input and information to facilitate feasibility and analysis of project requirements.

AEX7 - Experience in contributing to Realty analysis services such as front end project development or feasibility studies for capital investment and leases.
