Business Management and Executive Services is a multi-pronged team within PSPC that assists and coordinates the strategic management, communication, corporate operations, and issues management requirements of the organization. With Business Management and Executive Services you will have the opportunity to work within a team who provides advice and guidance on a comprehensive suite of products designed for a variety of audiences. This process will establish a pool of qualified candidates that may be used to staff similar positions with various tenures within PSPC (indeterminate, term, acting, assignment, or secondment).

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:
E1) Experience in applying administrative services policies and related procedures (e.g. finance, human resources, access to information, etc).
E2) Experience in providing advice and guidance to managers on **complex issues.
E3) Experience collaborating with team members and/or outside stakeholders.

**Complex issues are issues with at least two (2) of the following characteristics: sensitive, confidential, affecting many partners or stakeholders, have an impact on operational service delivery. Candidates need to clearly demonstrate the complexity.

On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced details of its plans to require vaccination across the federal public service.

As per the new Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, federal public servants in the Core Public Administration and members of the RCMP must attest to their vaccination status. The requirement for employees to be fully vaccinated applies whether they are teleworking, working remotely or working on-site. This is a condition of employment and it applies to indeterminate (permanent), determinate (term), casual, and student hiring.
