On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced details (https://www.canada.ca/en/treasury-board-secretariat/news/2021/10/backgrounder-covid-19-vaccine-requirement-for-the-federal-workforce.html) of its plans to require vaccination across the federal public service.
As per the new Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (https://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/pol/doc-eng.aspx?id=32694), federal public servants in the Core Public Administration and members of the RCMP must attest to their vaccination status. The requirement for employees to be fully vaccinated applies whether they are teleworking, working remotely, or working on-site. This is a condition of employment and it applies to indeterminate (permanent), determinate (term), casual, and student hiring. Should you reach the point in the selection process where it is necessary to verify terms and conditions of employment, you will be contacted to complete an attestation of vaccination status.”
When submitting an application to this selection process, you will be prompted to answer screening questions concerning the essential education and experience qualifications and, if applicable, other (nonessential) qualifications.

Example: Do you have experience using Microsoft Word?
I have experience using Microsoft word on a regular basis as part of my job as an Administrative Assistant at ABC Company, from May 2018 to present. I use Microsoft Word for multiple tasks. For example, I use Microsoft Word to write memos to all staff of our company on a weekly basis. I receive updates from our senior managers every Thursday via email and I create a bullet point memo to all staff using Microsoft Word. I format the document with a title, and subject line so staff understand the importance or relevance of the information they will read. I ensure the document contains all the relevant information from each senior manager and that it is clear and concise. I use the editing capabilities of Microsoft Word to check spelling and grammar prior to sending the document to our staff. As part of my job, I also create monthly reports that I provide to our senior managers. I collect information from each department in our company. I use Microsoft Word to arrange this information in a clear format that is easy to read. I insert various charts, images and information in the reports. I ensure the reports are easy to read with a standardized font throughout, and I use Microsoft Word’s spelling and grammar check prior to sending the reports to our senior managers.
