The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) is Canada's second largest law enforcement organization, working 24/7 to protect Canada's borders by preventing high-risk people and goods from crossing into Canada while facilitating legitimate trade and travel, with over 15,000 employees working across Canada.
Tasks of the position may include, but are not limited to:
-Researches, analyzes, interprets and provides advice to Contact Centre Officers, management and clients on legislation, policies, directives and procedures relating to the administration of the various acts administered by CBSA.
-Supports management in contact centre quality control and monitoring programs.
-Prepares and delivers training courses.
-Assigns work to Contact Centre Officers on a day to day basis, schedules hours of work according to operational requirements, assists manager with identifying training needs and performance expectations for the Contact Centre Officers.
The intent of this process is to establish a pool of fully qualified candidates for future needs.

EDUCATION:

EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in conducting research, analyzing and interpreting information, developing options and providing recommendations.
- Experience in establishing partnerships and collaborating with internal or external stakeholders (examples include: divisions within your department, community organizations, clients, other departments or private business).
- Significant experience* in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to conduct research, communicate with colleagues and/or clients, prepare correspondence, spreadsheets, reports and documentation.
