Work environment

The Real Property and Asset Management (RPAM) team manages a very large and diversified portfolio across Canada and is the Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) specialist in the real property field. Our team works in a fast-paced environment and provides real property services to hundreds of ESDC and Service Canada offices across the country. Our services support important programs and services that are essential to Canadians, such as Employment Insurance, Canada Pension Plan, Canada Pension Plan Disability, Old Age Security, and Passport services. We are actively looking for passionate and motivated individuals who have experience in office and service delivery space design and who are keen to work in a professional and dynamic organization. As a member of RPAM, you will be involved in aspects of project development and execution. You will be called upon to collaborate within the teams in the planning, design, construction, commissioning and evaluation of designated projects in our spaces.

OR

- An acceptable combination of education, training and/or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in real property.

Degree equivalency

Experience:

1. *Experience planning and managing projects in a Real Property or Accommodations environment. (Including such activities as; work plans, scheduling, status reporting, risk management and identifying project activities).

2. *Experience in managing financial resources. (Including such activities as; budgeting, forecasting, or procurement).

3. *Experience in managing Human Resources directly or indirectly as part of a team. (Including such activities as; Supervising or developing others and being responsible for the results they deliver; Being responsible for providing feedback for team members or addressing performance issues Or Being responsible for developing work plans for employees or team members).
