EDUCATION
A secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
AS-03 and AS-04
*Recent and significant experience drafting and/or reviewing documents to ensure their accuracy and compliance with established organizational policies and procedures.
*Recent and significant experience working with multi-disciplinary stakeholder groups.
*Recent and significant experience gathering, analyzing information from various sources to prepare summaries or reports for management (such as forecast, reporting on deliverables/projects).
*Recent and significant experience in drafting content for communication and/or training products for internal and/or external stakeholders (inter/intranet content, articles, guides, training modules etc).
AS-04
*Recent and significant experience in preparing correspondence and /or developing and formulating recommendations for senior management.
*Recent and significant experience in coordinating and leading projects or initiatives.
*Recent is defined as experience acquired within the last three (3) years and significant is defined as 12 cumulative months
EDUCATION
Post-Secondary (University or College) diploma in computer science, information technology, information management, project management or another specialty relevant to the position.
EXPERIENCE
AS-03 and AS-04
Experience in working in a project environment.
Experience using an electronic project management tool (i.e. MSProject).
Experience in financial management related to project management.
Experience chairing meetings and/or leading working groups.
Experience working within the discipline of information management.
Experience leveraging quantitative and qualitative data.
Experience leveraging and/or developing methods, processes and aspects of information or data management.
Experience applying current Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS) policies, directives and standards as they relate to the Service and Digital Policy suite.
Experience in supporting the development of information and data policies, policy instruments, processes or standards that support good information and data management.
AS-04
Experience supervising a team.
Experience in corporate or operational planning.
Experience in delivering presentations or training to internal and/or external stakeholders.
