Intent of the process

A fully or partially assessed pool may be created and may be used to staff similar positions at an identical or equivalent group and level with various linguistic requirements, tenures and security clearances within the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC).

Conditions of employment

Reliability Status security clearance - CONDITION(S) OF EMPLOYMENT

Hours of work between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Must be willing and able to work overtime on short notice.

Information on employment equity

On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced details of its plans to require vaccination across the federal public service. Preference will be given to veterans first and then to Canadian citizens and permanent residents, with the exception of a job located in Nunavut, where Nunavut Inuit will be appointed first.
