The student must be available to work from March 2022 through August 2022. It expected that the student will work part-time (approximately 15-30 hours per week) depending on availability.
The COVID-19 pandemic will undoubtedly mark the history of work with irreversible changes, opening up new ways of doing things.
The Canadian Space Agency will collaborate with two other space organizations to collect and analyze the effects of the COVID-19 on tools, processes and people.
The following is a summary of the tasks to be completed during the internship:
1. Develop and coordinate the information sharing mechanisms and information to be captured to answer the following questions: what have we learned from our management of the COVID-19 pandemic and what impact has it had on our vision for the future and our organizations?
2. Analyze and synthesize information on best practices and lessons learned through statistical data, surveys and other methodologies.
3. Prepare a presentation and/or workshop in an innovative format that could be held at an international event.
LOCATION: Due to the Covid-19 pandemic and until further notice,our teams currently work virtually from home using the latesttechnologies to stay connected.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
The student must be enrolled full-time at an accredited post-secondary institution in one of the following areas:
- Organizational Management;
- Human Resources
- Business Management;
- Business Analytics;
- Or any other field related to the position.
The student must have completed at least two 2 academic years at the university level in this field.
Bilingual - Imperative
The use of English and French is required.
