Intent of the process

Currently we have one indeterminate vacancy at the CR -04 group and level.

A qualified pool of candidates may be established to staff this and other similar positions, at the CR -04 group and level for term, indeterminate or acting at full or part-time hours or lower level positions.

Should a CM be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to another category for the member. Notification regarding the CM appointment will be sent to all applicable candidates who are within the area of selection and participated in the advertised process.

► Experience using any of the following police databases: ACIIS, PROS, PIRS, CPIC, NCDB, CKIT, ICAN, NESPIN or MRD.

► Experience using the Blue Cross FHCPS (Federal Health Claims Processing System).

► Experience providing administrative or clerical support in a medical services environment.

NOTE: Depending on the position being staffed, any of the qualifications above may be deemed as an essential "must have" or asset "nice to have". On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced details of its plans to require vaccination across the federal public service.

As per the new Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, federal public servants in the Core Public Administration and members of the RCMP must attest to their vaccination status.
