Could this be the change you’ve been looking for?
Do you like working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment that values service excellence? Are you looking for a chance to make your mark in a small organization that plays a big role in providing justice to Canadians? If so, consider a career at the Federal Public Sector Labour Relations and Employment Board (FPSLREB), part of the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC).
You’ll be able to benefit and learn from being closer to management and having the opportunity to be exposed to a variety of files. We’re also committed to supporting a healthy life-work balance and to creating an inclusive and respectful work environment, so we hope that this is something that is important to you as well.
Like many public servants, we’ve been working mostly remotely since the pandemic began and employees have access to tools and processes to conduct most aspects of their work remotely.
And if there is one last thing to note that is impactful for our employees, it's the fact that we have our own internal compensation and benefits advisors and a dedicated information technology team.
HOW TO APPLY:
The candidate MUST provide a cover letter. In this document, you must provide concrete and detailed examples to clearly demonstrate how you meet the education and experience requirements listed in the essential qualifications and asset qualifications sections. The screening board cannot make any assumptions about your experience. It is not sufficient to say that you have the required qualifications or to list your current duties. One effective approach would be to use the wording of each experience criterion as a heading and then write one or two paragraphs demonstrating not only that you have the required experience, but how and when it was acquired and ensure that clear and accurate details are provided. The curriculum vitae may be a secondary source to confirm the experience described in the cover letter. Applications that do not clearly demonstrate that the candidate meets the screening criteria will not be given further consideration.
A fully or partially assessed pool may be created and may be used to staff vacant positions at the advertised group and levels with various linguistic requirements within the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC).
