Intent of the process

The immediate intent of this process is to staff two (2) bilingual imperative BBB/BBB positions at the PE-02 level.

A pool of partially/fully qualified candidates will be established and may be used to staff similar positions within various HR disciplines, with various tenures and various locations from any Shared Services Canada office across Canada.

In order to be considered, your application must clearly explain how you meet the following (essential qualifications)

EDUCATION
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labor or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

Note: The courses for the specialization must be acceptable and must have been taken at a recognized post-secondary institution, but not necessarily within a degree program in the required specialization.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
EX1. Experience in interpreting and applying legislation and/or policies related to human resources.

EX2. Significant* experience in conducting research, analyzing information and providing recommendations to clients in the field of human resources.

*Significant experience is defined as the depth and breadth of experience normally associated with having performed a broad range of duties and having performed those duties on a regular basis for a minimum period of approximately two (2) years.
