We are committed to providing an inclusive and barrier-free work environment, starting with the hiring process. If you need to be accommodated during any phase of the evaluation process, please use the Contact information below to request specialized accommodation. All information received in relation to accommodation will be kept confidential.

Assessment accommodation

When you apply to this selection process, you are not applying for a specific job, but to an inventory for future vacancies. As positions become available, applicants who meet the qualifications may be contacted for further assessment.

Applicants must clearly demonstrate in their online application how they meet the essential and asset criteria (Education and Experience). Candidates will be screened in/out of this process based only on the information provided in the text boxes. All dates (MM/YY) and examples must be recorded in the applicable text boxes within the application.

Please note that it is not sufficient to simply state that the requirement is met or to provide a listing of current responsibilities; rather, the applicant must provide concrete examples illustrating the activities they have actually performed and how those activities meet the requirement. Applicants will not be screened in merely by virtue of occupying a position in which the work description meets/met the experience criteria.

Cover letters are NOT required and WILL NOT be considered. Resumes may be used as a secondary source to validate the experience described in the application.

The assessment board cannot infer work experience. Applications will not be solicited for incomplete or missing information.

Pre-screening questions will be used to assess the ability to communicate effectively in writing.
