Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) helps the Government of Canada serve Canadians. A pool of partially qualified candidates will be established through this process to staff Project Manager Level 2 positions within the Department of Public Services and Procurement Canada.
Acting opportunities may be offered to internal employees who qualify in the pool.

EDUCATION
๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฌ ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐:
โข Graduation with a degree* from a recognized post-secondary institution in mechanical engineering, civil engineering, electrical engineering, or some other engineering specialty relevant to the duties of the position.
*A degree is defined a baccalaureate or higher level degree, as established by educational authorities.
EXPERIENCE
๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฌ ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐:
E1. 3 years of experience in design or project management for engineering projects.
E2. Recent** experience coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams or managing consultants or managing construction contractors.
๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐ฆ ๐:
E3. Recent** experience in managing projects related to Real Property planning, building or plant operations, or facilities management. This includes operational support and one or more of the following: studies, pre-planning, or planning.
๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐ฆ ๐:
E4. Recent** experience with Real Property projects. This includes managing or supporting one or more of the project delivery phases: planning, design, construction and close out.
**Recent experience is defined as having at least 3 years' relevant experience within the last 5 years.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS โ EXPERIENCE
๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐ฆ๐ฌ ๐ ๐๐ง๐ ๐:
AE1. Experience in providing advice on the interpretation or application of policies, standards, or best practices related to project management or engineering activities.
๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐ฆ ๐:
AE2. Experience in providing strategic engineering support services to Real Property operations teams.
AE3. Experience in assessing asset performance of commercial or government real property assets.
๐๐ญ๐ซ๐๐๐ฆ ๐:
AE4. Experience in more than one of the methods of project delivery (Construction Management, Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, and Public Private Partnerships (P3)).
