On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced its plans to require vaccination across the federal public service.

As per the new Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, federal public servants in the Core Public Administration and members of the RCMP must attest to their vaccination status. Duties

The majority of the positions available are teleworking for call center positions. Positions are also available for in-person service and processing.

Our programs are recognized and essential to all Canadians in the most crucial moments of life: Employment Insurance, Canada Pension Plan, Old Age Security and Passport.

CALL CENTER JOBS
Call center jobs are done on a teleworking basis. You will have the opportunity to answer calls from clients seeking information regarding Employment Insurance, Old Age Security or Passports. You will be trained to perform file transactions.

IN-PERSON JOBS
In-person jobs involve greeting clients in Service Canada offices to meet their needs in relation to our services.

PROCESSING JOBS
Processing jobs involve taking various actions in Employment Insurance, Old Age Security, Passport Program or performing integrity checks. These are teleworking positions that may require travel to the office.

The goal of this process is to create a pool of qualified candidates to fill positions within Service Canada in the province of Quebec.

Cognitive Ability - Level 1

Applicants must complete the Unsupervised Internet Test of Cognitive Ability - Level 1 as part of the screening for this selection process. This test assesses general problem solving and reasoning ability. You will have 60 minutes to complete the test. You must complete the test before you submit your application for this position.
