Accommodation Officer (Client Accommodation Services Advisor Trainee)
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to plan, develop, execute and deliver real property solutions for federal tenants
• Prepare and present approval documentation for various types of real property space projects
• Ensure high quality client service for both internal and external clients
• Undertake the financial management of real property space projects
• Work with internal and external clients to pursue the vision of PSPC in the delivery of real property space projects

Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience in a field relevant to the position.
*Acceptable combination is defined as at least 2 years of secondary school and 2 years of training or experience in a field relevant to the position.
Experience:
1. Experience developing business cases, project proposals or project plans.
2. Experience in providing advice or services to internal or external clientele.
3. Experience supporting *multi-disciplinary teams in a work environment.
*Multi-disciplinary is understood to mean working with a team or resources that includes various subject matter experts from different disciplines or a team comprised of stakeholders and clients.
Education:
Graduation with a degree from a post-secondary institution with a specialization in business administration, urban planning, communications or other specialty relevant to real property.
Experience:
1. Experience leading projects in a work environment.
2. Experience conducting risk or financial analysis.
3. Experience in delivering presentations.
4. Experience in one or more of the following fields: real estate, leasing or lease management, property management, project management or real estate services.

Operational Requirements:
Willing and able to travel, including overnight travel as required.

May be required to access construction work sites on occasion and adhere to applicable construction regulations.

As per the new Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (https://www.tbs-sct.gc.ca/pol/doc-eng.aspx?id=32694), federal public servants in the Core Public Administration and members of the RCMP must attest to their vaccination status. The requirement for employees to be fully vaccinated applies whether they are teleworking, working remotely or working on-site. This is a condition of employment and it applies to indeterminate (permanent), determinate (term), casual, and student hiring.
