Assessment accommodation

On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced details of its plans to require vaccination across the federal public service.

The results of this process will initially be used to staff this position indeterminately.

A pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff identical or similar positions with various tenures and various linguistic profiles at Transport Canada in the National Capital Region.

ED: Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution in an engineering specialty relevant to the duties of the position.

OR

► OCCUPATIONAL CERTIFICATION ◄

OC: Eligibility for certification as a professional engineer in Canada with specialization in an engineering specialty relevant to the position.

Note 1: Candidates will be asked to provide proof of education or eligibility for certification.

EX1: Significant* experience in the design, stress analysis methodologies, testing and certification of aeronautical products (Structures Specialty).
