EDUCATION
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
Significant* experience in providing analysis, advice and recommendations on ongoing or emerging operational or program issues.
Significant* experience in developing, planning and implementing programs or projects.
Significant* experience working with internal or external partners or stakeholders.
Experience in managing human resources including supervising, coordinating or assigning work within a unit.

EDUCATION (Asset)
College diploma or university degree in a field related to the position to be staffed.
EXPERIENCE (Asset)
Significant* experience working for an electoral management body at the federal, provincial, territorial, or municipal level.
Significant* experience in the development and/or delivery of educational materials.
Experience supervising or managing the work of graphic designers or multimedia development professionals.
Experience in managing a call centre or in working in a call-centre environment.
Experience in developing and conducting stakeholder engagement or consultation activities.
Experience in the development of strategies and plans for program or service delivery.
Experience in providing advice and recommendations to senior management.
Experience in contract administration or management, such as rental agreements or acquisitions of goods and services.
Experience in coordinating with information technology specialists to develop, support or maintain software applications required for program or service delivery
Experience reviewing, interpreting, and applying policies, procedures and legislation.

Information on employment equity
Due to the prevailing COVID-19 situation, the selected candidate will work remotely from his/her residence location until further notice. When the decision is made for Elections Canada employees to return to the workplace, the successful candidate is expected to work at the traditional workplace located at 30, Victoria Street, in Gatineau with a combination of remote work all while ensuring a flexible work schedule.
