The screening questions will be used as the primary tool in the screening process and the résumé will be used to substantiate the information provided.

On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced details of its plans to require vaccination across the federal public service.
As per the new Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, federal public servants in the Core Public Administration and members of the RCMP must attest to their vaccination status. The requirement for employees to be fully vaccinated applies whether they are teleworking, working remotely or working on-site. This is a condition of employment and it applies to indeterminate (permanent), determinate (term), casual, and student hiring. Here are some duties the ICMS Advisor will have:
-Coordinating and conducting project management in support of conflict resolution services;
-Supporting practitioners in the delivery of conflict resolution services, training and presentations;
-Participating in the development of conflict resolution tools, maintaining websites
and supporting the quarterly newsletter publication;
-Maintaining internal and external partnerships with other specialists and programs.

We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong understanding of the field of informal conflict resolution, who is showing adaptability, client service orientation, and has effective interpersonal relationship skills.
The immediate need is to staff one (1) bilingual imperative CBC/CBC on an indeterminate basis.
A partially or fully assessed pool may be established to staff similar positions within the Department of Justice with various tenures, various linguistic profiles (bilingual imperative only), various operational requirements and/or various conditions of employment.
Upon request, this pool may also be shared with other federal organizations listed in Schedules I, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act (FAA) to staff similar positions in their organization. EDUCATION
ED1 - Graduation with a degree (baccalaureate or higher level degree) from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
OR
An acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience, that is comparable to a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with specialization relevant to the work to be performed, may serve as an alternative to meet the minimum education standard.
EXPERIENCE
EX1 - Experience providing advice and guidance to management in workplace well-being and informal conflict resolution.
