Duties

These positions report to the Regional Manager, Accommodation Management.
Accommodation Management is responsible for the provision of office accommodation to other government departments.
The positions are responsible for the following:
o managing a portfolio of clients office space needs;
o developing office accommodation strategies, preparing investment management reports, and presenting business cases for project approval;
o leading multi-disciplinary project teams in the delivery of office space projects
o reporting on project scope, schedule and budget; and
o understanding the future of office and modernization; and
o providing client service

On October 6, 2021, the Government of Canada announced details of its plans to require vaccination across the federal public service.

As per the new Policy on COVID-19 Vaccination for the Core Public Administration Including the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, federal public servants in the Core Public Administration and members of the RCMP must attest to their vaccination status.
