Duties

Working in the Asset Performance branch of PSPC gives you an opportunity to work with a variety of people, both in and out of the office. You would work as part of a skilled team in liaising with landlords, property managers, contractors and client departments. After initiating work orders for contractors, our team conducts site visits to houses/buildings to assess conditions, completion of repairs, and confirm houses are ready for occupancy. There is also a unique opportunity for internal career progression, with positions at the AS-01, AS-03 and AS-05 level.
