A pool of qualified or partially qualified candidates will be established to staff administrative and program support positions within Employment and Social Development Canada. It could also be used to staff similar positions with various tenures, titles and security requirements within the department.

Education:
• Secondary school diploma or employer-approved alternatives (a satisfactory score on the PSC test approved as an alternative to a secondary school diploma; or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience).

• Experience in a legal services or in a legal environment.
• Experience using a human resources management system in a Human Resources role.
• Experience providing human resources services OR working in a human resources environment.
• Experience with grants and contributions.
