Graduation with a degree from a post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in Economics, Sociology or Statistics

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
EX1: Significant and recent* experience writing briefing or decision-making documents for senior executives** (such as briefing notes, reports, decks, etc.)
EX2: Significant and recent* experience providing strategic analysis and recommendations on complex*** issues to senior management**
EX3: Significant and recent* experience developing and maintaining collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
