 Assessments may be conducted in any order and at any phase of the process:
• A variety of evaluation tools, methods and assessment timelines may be used throughout the process, including, but not limited to, standardized tests (ex: EPSI), exams, interviews, reviews of past performance and accomplishments, references, etc.:
• If you are successful in a pool, references may be contacted informally;
• Your first official language (English or French - the official language in which you are generally more proficient) will be assessed.

 When providing your references, please include the following:
1) Current supervisor/manager;
2) Previous supervisor/manager;
3) Previous supervisor/manager.
• You must include their full name, title, e-mail address, and phone number.
• Note that you must have directly reported to the first two references for a minimum of 6 months.

 We may also request the following information in any order, at any phase of the process:
• Security clearance Information, if applicable;
• Proof of education, including Canadian equivalency;
• Second Language Evaluation (SLE) results, if applicable.

 All of the information collected during the selection process, including behaviour and communication, from the time of application until the end of the process, may be used to evaluate candidates.

 Foreign Education Credentials: Candidates with foreign education credentials are required to provide proof of Canadian equivalency. If you have been educated outside of Canada, it is your responsibility to have your certificates and/or diplomas assessed against Canadian educational standards. Intent of the process

- The intent of this collective selection process is to appoint candidates who are successful in the pool when vacancies arise within various work units throughout Infrastructure Canada.

- Additionally, a pool of qualified candidates may be established to staff identical or similar positions across Canada and in all federal organizations listed in Schedules I, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act (FAA) with various tenures (deployment, assignment, secondment, acting, specified period, indeterminate).

- Indeterminate employees at the same group and level, or equivalent, may be considered first for deployment.

- Qualified candidates who self-declare as members of Indigenous peoples, persons with disabilities, visible minorities and/or women may be selected for appointment first to fulfill organizational needs. In addition, this organizational need may be invoked at any stage of the selection process.

E1: Experience in providing various* administrative** support services for a cumulative period of at least 1 (one) year.

E2: Experience in planning and organizing work under tight deadlines.

*Various is defined as including at least 3 (three) distinct tasks, functions or responsibilities relating to **administrative support services.

• Managing agenda;
• Scheduling and organizing meetings / teleconferences;
