You will have the opportunity to collaborate with curriculum designers, developers, researchers, and subject matter experts to tackle educational and other communication and media challenges on a central stage. This placement is perfect if you have the leadership skills, knowledge, and abilities in multimedia production. Your future responsibilities will be shooting, editing, developing, and leading a team of creative multimedia personnel to support the RCMP training, media strategies and learning and development moving forward.

The Multimedia Manager will predominantly work in an office environment. They will also spend time researching solutions and leading discussions around multimedia strategies with stakeholders, subject matter experts and management. At times, it will require some travel and work in the field.

EDUCATION
Graduation with a post-secondary certificate, diploma or degree program in Multimedia, Video Production, or a directly related field and/or specialization.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE
1. Significant experience in the operation of audio and video production equipment (camera, mics, lights, etc.).
2. Significant experience in conducting all facets of post-production.
3. Recent experience and a proven record of developing a broad range of multimedia and/or training products.
4. Recent experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
5. Recent supervisory experience.

9. Ability to set-up and operate audio-visual systems for major events, conferences and conventions.
10. Ability to stay current, research, evaluate, recommend and implement new multimedia technologies for learning.

NOTE: Successful candidates will require a valid RCMP security clearance prior to appointment and throughout the tenure of their employment.
