Your résumé.
Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
Notes:
1. Indeterminate period incumbents of positions in the CS group on May 10, 1999, who do not possess the education prescribed above, are deemed to meet the minimum education standards based on their education, training and/or experience. They must be accepted as having met the minimum education standard whenever this standard is called for when staffing positions in the CS group.
2. It is the recognized educational institution (e.g. community college, CÉGEP or university) that determines if the courses taken by a candidate correspond to two years of a post-secondary program at the institution.
3. At the manager’s discretion, an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience may serve as an alternative to the minimum post-secondary education stated above. Whenever the minimum education is met using this alternative, it is met for the specific position only and must be re-assessed for other positions for which this alternative has been specified by the manager.

CS-01: Programmer
Experience in providing IM/IT support services in support of an organization’s operational mandate.
Experience in analyzing and documenting business processes.
Experience in applications design and development such as Web development or Application Programming Interfaces and micro-services
Experience in documenting and executing; unit, integration and regression testing of IT solutions.
CS-02: Developer Analyst
*Recent and **significant experience in application development and support using C#, .net framework and front end development languages/frameworks (such as JavaScript, React, Java).
Experience in application development leveraging databases (e.g. relational databases such as MS SQL, Postgre SQL; NoSQL data bases such as MangoDB, Cassandra).
Experience in application development using public cloud platforms (such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, etc.).
Experience in working in an IM/IT organization to develop or deliver on IM/IT solutions.in support of an organization’s operational mandate.
Experience providing technical services, advice and recommendations in applications development.
*Recent experience is defined as experience normally associated with performing a range of related activities within the last 3 years.
**Significant experience is defined as at least two (2) years of cumulative work experience in the last three (3) years.
Bachelor or above in Computer Science or Information Technologies or Information Management or a discipline related to these areas of expertise.
Training or Certifications relevant to the domain of expertise.
Experience analyzing and preparing technical documentation
Experience developing IT solutions in Agile and using a DevOps methodology (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Deployment)
Experience in Data Management (modeling or data base administration).
Experience in developing on a Customer Relationships Management platform (Open source, MS Dynamics, etc.).
Experience in collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams (business client, developers, testers, etc.).
Experience in Cloud Technologies (e.g. Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, and Software as a Service).
Training or Experience in Cyber Security (Ethical Hacking).
Experience with software development lifecycle, including gathering, analyzing and documenting user requirements.
Experience in developing leveraging cloud technologies (e.g. Infrastructure as a Service, Platform as a Service, and Software as a Service).
Experience developing IT solutions using containers and Kubernetes.
Experience in developing, orchestrating and managing Application Programming Interfaces.
Experience in developing and managing enterprise search engines (e.g. Solr, ElasticSearch, etc.).
Experience in developing on Web Content Management Systems such as Drupal.
Experience in data analytics (descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive).

Experience in a mixed military and civilian environment
