The intent of this process is to staff one vacant position on an indeterminate basis. A pool of qualified candidates could be established and used to staff future vacancies (permanent or specific period) within the "C" Division, Occupational Health and Safety Services, including acting appointments.
Should a Civilian Member (CM) be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM.

Recent* and significant** experience in the review, coordination and tracking of files in at least one of the following programs within the federal administration: health & safety, return-to-work program or disability management program.
Experience in supporting a disability management program.
Recent* and significant** experience of the formulation of advice to managers and employees on the application of laws and policies related to health & safety, return-to-work program or disability management program.
*Recent experience is defined as experience associated with having performed this function in the past 3 years.
**Significant experience is defined as experience associated with having performed a broad range of related activities which could normally be acquired during a period of approximately 1 to 2 years.
