Join SPAC's Real Property Geomatics Services team and support the department's surveying, measurement and geomatics activities. The position is focused on legal measurement activities. You will coordinate and carry out the legal measurement of various Government of Canada premises in the Quebec region. You may also collaborate with surveyors and geomatics specialists for land research, plan production and revision, or participate in virtual reality projects.

Education:
A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in building drafting, land surveying of geomatic
or
A professional degree from a recognized secondary school in building drafting
Experiences:
- Two (2) years of recent experience in the use of CADD (computer aided design and drawing)
- Experience in calculating space and producing technical drawings
Asset - Experience:
- Experience in producing technical drawings in support of real estate projects
- Experience in researching land documents
- Experience in processing and verifying spatial measurement data against established technical standards and procedures
