The intent of this appointment process is to establish a fully assessed pool of qualified candidates. However, the results of this process may be used to staff same or similar positions for future vacancies of various tenures at Public Services and Procurement Canada.

A Secondary school diploma OR a satisfactory score on the Public Service Commission test approved as an alternative (i.e. GIT-320) OR an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
*Acceptable combination is defined as: training: academic or vocational courses related to the position; and experience: at least 12 months of continuous experience related to the position.
Recent* experience in at least two of the following:
a. Leading or coordinating multi-disciplinary** teams in the delivery of Real Property Services
b. Overseeing the delivery of tenant services and/ or client-focused Property Management and/or Facilities Management services
c. One or more of the following fields related to Real Property:
i. Real Property Management
ii. Lease Management
iii. Portfolio Management
iv. Project Management
Recent* experience in analyzing issues and providing recommendations to management (Supervisor level or higher).
Recent* experience providing training to colleagues or team.
Experience*** in managing financial resources, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.
Experience*** in developing and/ or implementing Building Management Plans or Strategic Operation and Maintenance Plans for buildings.
Recent* experience in using an SAP application or other financial management application.
*Recent is defined as within two (2) years immediately prior to the closing date of this job opportunity advertisement
**Multi-disciplinary teams are viewed as a team that includes various Subject Matter Experts from different disciplines or a team comprised of stakeholders and clients and potentially third party service providers.
***Experience is defined as having performed the breadth and depth of a broad range of related activities which would normally be acquired over a 1 year period.
Graduation with a degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution.
Possession, or currently working towards a departmentally recognized professional designation in the Property & Facilities Management field: i.e. Real Property Administrator (RPA), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Facility Management Administrator (FMA), Certified Facilities Manager (CFM), or other acceptable professional designation related to Real Property.
Operational Requirements:
