With a strong focus on quality customer service, we provide innovative common services such as real estate and building management, purchasing, banking, pay and pensions, and translation to other government departments, agencies and boards. By providing these centralized services to departments and agencies, we enable them to focus on what they do best: providing their programs and services to Canadians.

Joining PSPC is advantageous for many reasons, some of which are below:

- You can take advantage of alternative working arrangements including remote working, a compressed workweek, or a flexible schedule all while contributing to an organization dedicated to ensuring the well-being of its staff.
- PSPC offices are moving to an activity-based-work environment which means there are no assigned workspaces in the office. There are various types of work stations suited to diverse tasks so you can choose a space based on what best suits your current task.
There is:
- Wi-Fi everywhere
- Reflection rooms
- Collaboration spaces with extra-large monitors
- Telephone booths
- Adjustable work stations
- And much more!

At PSPC, we are committed to achieving a competent, representative workforce that reflects the diversity of the Canadian population. We work hard to create a welcoming, respectful and inclusive workplace through a variety of programs and initiatives.
