Duties

📌 PSPC in Matane, Quebec :

IRGOD harbors a small and dynamic team in Matane, Quebec working for the Document Imaging Solutions Centre (DISC) delivering exceptional services in the digitization and data capture field. We provide services to all federal organizations and are expanding services to meet the needs of other public sector organizations. We are an optional PSPC service operating on a full cost recovery model that encourages us to think in business terms of value for money and top notch client service. We managed 28 projects in 2020 that helped push our production to 33 million images for the year and we have set ourselves a target of 40 million images for the next. Our clients told us in 2020 that 95% of them agreed and strongly agreed that they were satisfied with the quality of our services.

Don’t know anything about the document imaging and data capture industry? No worries, very few people do; so DISC invests in its people through industry training, mentoring and we are a cross functional team were we learn from each other. Our clients come to rely on our expert advice so that they can confidently make informed decisions about their information management assets and the best way to modernize their work processes for the digital age. In turn, we come to rely on our clients to bring us unique challenges that test our skills and creative problem solving abilities to teach us even more about the possibilities our industry has to offer.

As a Project Manager Consultant you would work to promote our services in the information management community, assess potential digitization and data capture projects for value for money and deliver stellar project management services to on-board clients on schedule and on budget. All of which, leads to exceptional client satisfaction.

Intent of the process

Postsecondary school diploma

Degree equivalency

Certification in Project Management (PMP) or currently enrolled in a Project Management program leading to certification.

Business Analyst certification or currently enrolled in a Business Analyst program leading to certification

Experience in the coordination and delivery of projects through a project team
Experience with information technology (IT) or document imaging projects
Experience in the field of marketing or business development
Sales experience such as strategic prospecting, active listening, ability to persuade prospect, effective communication skills, etc.
