EDUCATION
Diploma or certificate in technical writing or communications from a recognized post-secondary institution or an acceptable combination of education, training and experience.
EXPERIENCE
Experience working in an information management or information technology services environment.
Experience researching, writing and editing a variety of texts for technical systems intended for various audiences including senior officials*.
Experience performing data entry manipulation, verification or retrieval in an automated system or software such as spreadsheets or databases.
*Senior officials are defined as Director General level or equivalent, and above.
Bilingual - Imperative (BBB/BBB)

Knowledge of installation and configuration of computer hardware and software.
