The current need is to staff three positions on an indeterminate or temporary basis.
A pool of partially or fully qualified candidates resulting from this process may be established and used to fill similar positions with various tenures, with similar linguistic profiles and security requirements.
Candidates may be evaluated further, for specific opportunities, on qualifications that are deemed necessary, whether or not these qualifications have been listed on the job advertisement.

At minimum, a secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training or experience.
Experience in front-line customer service operations (by telephone, in person or in writing).
Experience working collaboratively and in a team environment.
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Must be available to be in the workplace 5 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Experience working in a mailroom with high volume of mail includes sorting and delivering.
Experience working in a Shipping and Receiving Department.
Willing and able to safely lift and handle boxes or packages weighing up to twenty-five (25) kg on an intermittent basis.
Secret security clearance
Must be available to be in the workplace 5 days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
