Duties

What role would you play? Act as a first point of contact or support - in person or by telephone and interact with citizens to inform, review and process requests or conduct investigations. The majority of the positions to be filled are in call centers.

The goal of this process is to create a pool of qualified candidates to fill positions within Service Canada in the province of Quebec.

Cognitive Ability - Level 1

Applicants must complete the Unsupervised Internet Test of Cognitive Ability - Level 1 as part of the screening for this selection process. This test assesses general problem solving and reasoning ability. You will have 60 minutes to complete the test. You must complete the test before you submit your application for this position.
