A fully or partially assessed pool may be created and may be used to staff similar positions with various linguistic requirements, tenures and security clearances within the Administrative Tribunals Support Service of Canada (ATSSC). All other federal organizations listed in Schedules I, IV and V of the Financial Administration Act (FAA) may use this selection process to appoint a candidate to a similar position within their organization.

EDUCATION
Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.
EXPERIENCE
Experience in the provision of administrative support activities (i.e.; processing mail/email, data-entry, scanning documents, using a bring-forward (BF) system, preparing correspondence, meeting planification etc.)
Experience in file maintenance, including but not limited to ; analyzing, recording, updating, retrieving information, etc.
Experience using an electronic records or information management system.
ASSET QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
Successful completion of two (2) years post-secondary education or more from a recognized educational institution (e.g. community college, CEGEP, university) in a field relevant to the position.
