STREAM 1 & 2 - EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in delivering services or programs to clients.
- Experience in researching and analysing information.
- Experience in developing options and recommendations for management.

- Knowledge of Indigenous and northern issues.
- Knowledge of Indigenous peoples and regions of the Northwest Territories.

STREAM 2 - EXPERIENCE:
- Experience in GCIMS.
STREAM 1 - KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of Estate Administration.
- Knowledge of the Indian Act.
- Knowledge of the Secure Certificate of Indian Status Application and/or Canadian Passport process.
STREAM 2 - KNOWLEDGE:
- Knowledge of SAP.
- Knowledge of proposal based funding.
STREAM 1 & 2 - ABILITIES:
- Ability to provide training sessions to clients.
- Ability to speak a NWT language.
