Important messages

Giving you the best chance to succeed!
At Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) we are committed to running inclusive and barrier-free recruitment processes.

If you have a limitation that may impact your performance at any steps of the assessment process (such as during a written test or an interview), you may request an accommodation. Assessment accommodations are designed to remove barriers, and to ensure that candidates with limitations can fully demonstrate their abilities. Should you wish to be accommodated, please direct your inquiry to the contact identified at the bottom of this poster. All information received in relation to accommodation will be kept confidential.

For more information on assessment accommodation visit the following website: https://www.canada.ca/en/public-service-commission/services/assessment-accommodation-page.html

When you apply to this selection process, you are not applying for a specific job, but to an inventory for future vacancies. As positions become available, applicants who meet the qualifications may be contacted for further assessment.

The inventory will be updated every 180 days. You will receive a notice in your applicant account 30 days before the end of your active period to determine whether or not you wish to keep being considered for an additional 180 days.

In addition to a resume, you must answer all screening questions demonstrating how you meet the education and experience requirements as well as the asset qualifications. Please describe in detail using concrete examples, how you meet the experience and education required. It is not sufficient to only state that the requirement is met or to provide a listing of current responsibilities.

Responses in your application will be used to assess your ability to communicate effectively in writing and may be provided to your references for verification and comment should you successfully proceed to that stage in the assessment process.

The screening board cannot make any assumptions about your experience.

FAILURE TO PROVIDE SUFFICIENT AND APPROPRIATE INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN ELIMINATION FROM THE PROCESS.
