Our team is located at 73 Leikin Drive in Ottawa, Ontario (Barrhaven), in a modern building with plenty of free parking, convenient access to bus routes immediately outside of the building, free use of a gym, a Tim Hortons and a cafeteria onsite.
Working remotely is the current preferred working arrangement in light of the challenges presented by COVID-19.
The immediate need is to staff 6 positions on an indeterminate basis, with various language requirements (Bilingual imperative BBB/BBB, Bilingual Non-Imperative BBB/BBB and English essential) and a RCMP Top Secret security clearance.
A pool of candidates may be established and may be used to staff similar positions within the RCMP in the National Capital Region on an indeterminate or specified period (including term, acting, or assignment) basis, with various linguistic profiles and various RCMP security clearances.
Should a Civilian Member (CM) be found qualified and selected for appointment, the appointment will not result in a change of status to the Public Service (PS) category for the CM.

► Successful completion of two years of an acceptable post-secondary educational program in computer science, information technology, information management or another specialty relevant to the position to be staffed.
► *Recent experience in developing and maintaining documentation and presentations.
► *Recent experience chairing, facilitating or coordinating client meetings.
► *Recent experience in conducting technical research and analysis of cyber threats and IT security incidents.
► *Recent experience in contributing to the development and management of at least four (4) of the following:
-Policies
-Standards
-Procedures
-Processes
-Risk management techniques
-Security Assessment and Authorization (SA&A) artifacts
*Recent experience – Experience acquired during the last two (2) years.

Top Secret security clearance - RCMP
