Workplace Wellness Programs is seeking a highly motivated individual to join the Integrated Disability Management team. As a Disability Management Advisor, you will work directly with key partners (employee, union, manager, employer representative and insurance providers) in finding creative ways to remove barriers and to make the workplace more accessible!

While traditionally located in one of the 3 locations with AAFC HR regional offices (Ottawa, Moncton or Winnipeg), the Integrated Disability Management team has embraced remote work and all team members are currently working remotely full time. Following a return to the workplace, it is likely the option of teleworking will continue for the team. Employees from all regions are encouraged to apply for this opportunity.
This process aims to fill an immediate need as Disability Management Advisor within the Integrated Disability Management team.

Your résumé.
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.

Experience with case management in disability management, return to work or related field.
Experience establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
Experience providing advice and recommendations on disability management and/or accommodations.
