Regarding our physical space, since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, our organization has embraced working remotely as a standard way of working. All Directorate employees are currently working remotely on a full-time basis.
The intent of the process is to staff an indeterminate position. Anticipatory needs could also be met through this process.
A pool of qualified candidates may be established through this process to staff identical or similar positions within the Public Service Commission. These positions could be of different tenures.

Your résumé.
Graduation with a degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in human resources management, labour or industrial relations, psychology, public or business administration, organizational development, education sciences, social sciences, sociology, law, or in any other field relevant to the work to be performed.
Experience in providing strategic advice and recommendations to management on complex and sensitive issues.
Experience in writing briefing notes, presentations, reports, or other written recommendations for management.
These qualifications are not essential; however, we can use them to select candidates for assessment or appointment:
Experience in coaching or mentoring employees.*
*not necessarily in a supervisory role
Experience in the research or application of legislation, regulation or policies related to staffing.
Experience in the review of grievances, complaints or administrative investigation requests.
Experience working on employment equity, diversity and inclusion, accessibility, or human rights issues based on prohibited grounds.
